PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This was the first of two estates that Greater West Landscapes had the privilege of working on within the suburb of Caddens. GWL worked together with JK Williams in the delivery of this development for Urban Growth NSW, which included open spaces and streetscapes.

The centrepiece of the development was the Hilltop Park which included play equipment, feature sandstone walls, BBQ facilities along with passive turf areas and formal plantings. The park, with vistas into the Blue Mountains, allows the local community to have a space that they can enjoy and be proud of. Cycleway links also allow the community to make the most of their surroundings with paths throughout the riparian corridor.
